FAQ:

  • Can I get real time updates and changes direct to my phone related to our chapter activities and events? Once you register for the Convention, Molly will send out an email to those attending to opt in to receive SMS texts. Please submit your cell number at that time!
  • Is the chapter planning any other events or activities during the Convention? We are not planning any official activities or events other than our Chapter Dinners. However, we may group up for general sessions, lunches and/or opening and closing ceremonies! Please opt into texts to get those updates directly from Jameson! Info will also be sent via email.
  • Am I able to participate in the Chapter Dinners if my company registers under a different Chapter? Yes! If you are also a member of the Puget Sound Chapter, you are more than welcome to join in on the fun! Please email Molly at molly@necaseattle.org.
  • Are kids allowed at the Chapter Dinners? Due to the limited number of seats at the Joint Chapter Dinner with Inland Empire, we ask that kids do not attend. However, for the Puget Sound Dinner, all kids are welcome to join! We have the whole outdoor patio to ourselves.
  • Do we get a list of other Chapter Members who are attending the convention this year? Yes, we will send out additional emails as we get closer with any updated information and a list of registered members attending from our Chapter!
