Project Level Cash Flow Management
We’re excited to announce that we will be hosting a class on Project Level Cash Flow Management this October at the JATC in Renton!
As a construction manager takes on more responsibility, they end up managing significant amounts of revenue and risk. Poor cash flow is the number one reason companies fail, which is exactly why this training matters. This in-person course covers the construction payment cycle, the value of timely and consistent invoicing, and the impact of delayed invoicing and receivables. Learners will also work through contractual relationships with owners and owner’s representatives, and how to use a Work-In-Progress (WIP) report to protect cash flow and profitability.
Date: Wednesday, October 28th, 2026
Time: 8 AM – 2 PM
Location: Puget Sound Electrical JATC –
Intended Audience: Project managers, project engineers, and superintendents. Project accountants and project executives are welcome to attend, particularly those considering a train-the-trainer approach.
